First 5 Contra Costa

Instead of the usual annual report, we created a printed "dashboard" brochure to showcase the impact that First 5's programs had on children and families in Contra Costa County. Information is displayed at-a-glance through infographics, charts, and photos. The print design was later transformed into an online version with additional graphics, text, and videos.
