Our Design Process

• Initial Consult
  First, we meet with you to learn about your business/organization, collectively define the project, understand your timeline, and explore style and design preferences you may have. Once we define the project and overall goals, we will provide you with a proposal and estimated cost.
• Design Phase
  Upon agreement, the creative process continues. We brainstorm, collaborate, and build upon the ideas and vision we discussed in your initial consult. We will come up with unique, one-of-a-kind, professional designs that are customized for YOU and support the desired goals of your business/organization.
• Presentation
  Next, we setup a meeting with you for a design presentation. Depending on our proposal agreement, we may show you one design mockup or multiple versions for your consideration. We gather feedback and discuss any revisions you may have — or prepare to finalize the project.
• Review & Revisions
  If you do have adjustments or revisions, we go back and forth with you to accomplish the goal. During this stage we will send PDF proofs by email for your review.
• Final Files
  Once the final design is approved, we do any necessary file preparation for its final destination. For print, we optimize everything for press and create high-resolution, print-ready PDFs that we send directly to the printer. For websites, we upload to your site's server and get things up and running. We can also send you final PDFs, jpegs, or other file formats depending on your needs.
